I've spent many a restless night up watching Netflix, lately. It's 9 pm and I'm in total darkness with a creature snoring/farting next to me and my body burrowed deep under heavy blankets pulled up to my ears, leaving just enough of an opening for my face and one freezing arm sticking out to prop up my iPad. I tell myself, if you're going to stay awake you need to do something productive. Why don't you actually put together something INTERESTING to read. Edit photos. Use your brain. 

Sloth voice says, Just ONE more episode of Downton Abbey/Shameless/American Horror Story and then I'm for real going to sleep. It's too late to use brain. Asdfggkj ! kljdfgklja. bbbhhehdfdfadsfadsgf.

I've had that conversation with myself every weeknight for the past month. Productive voice never wins.
