My Town

 Jacket: Captain's Helm, Hat: Long Beach Flea Market, Top: Handed-down from Isabel (originally purchased from Tunnel Vision), Dress: Vintage

Ever since Madeline posted about "skanking" back in the good ole days of 90's Ska music, I've had Buck-O-Nine tracks playing on repeat in my head and flashes of old punk concert injuries.

The title is in reference to this song, which at 14, I played over and over while I skanked down my hallway. Embarassing shit.


P.S. They're talking about San Diego. Represent!

  26. Oh my god. We are clearly exactly the same age. If we had grown up in the same town, we totally would have spent weekends skanking and moshing to classic late 90's bands like Less than Jake and (gulp) Reel Big Fish. Thanks for this memory trip. I think.
